What are my dining options?
Visit our concession stand, serving popcorn, soda, and candy in Reading and Natick. Additionally, our Reading Jordan’s Furniture features a Fuddruckers hamburger restaurant and Richardson's Ice Cream.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
At the time your ticket order is placed, the Sunbrella IMAX 3D Theater at Jordan’s Furniture will remove the number of tickets you purchase from our theater’s inventory to guarantee your seats. This also prevents the theater from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your chosen show date. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets that were purchased via Web-Tix or through the Box Office.

Are there any IMAX 3D Theater policies I need to know about?
For the comfort and security of our guests, no large bags or backpacks are allowed in the IMAX Theater.
What is the COVID policy at IMAX 3D Theaters?
Based on current regulations, we do not require masks, proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID test to attend the IMAX Theater. However, guests who feel more comfortable wearing a mask are welcome to do so. Jordan’s follows all CDC, state and local guidelines.

Assistive Moviegoing
The Guest Services Team is here to ensure your movie experience is an amazing one. At the Jordan’s Furniture IMAX, we offer devices to enhance and amplify audio and provide closed captioning. Our theater is also equipped with accessible wheelchair spaces and companion seating.
Assistive Listening
For an assistive listening device, please inform a Guest Services Representative at our concessions counter who will connect you with a member of management. They will provide you with a receiver that is connected to our screen to amplify the sound. Feel free to bring your own headphones with an auxiliary input or use headphones provided by our theater. These devices are adaptable to all movies and the volume can be controlled by the user.
Closed Captioning
For a CaptiView closed captioning device, please inform a Guest Services Representative at our concessions counter who will connect you with a member of management. They will provide and set you up with our CaptiView closed captioning devices. The device is optimized for placement into our cupholders and allows user to adjust the flexible arm to the desired angle. Once the film begins, the device will present all the dialogue in text on your screen.
Wheelchair Spaces & Companion Seating
Our theater offers wheelchair spaces with companion seating. The Natick Theater concessions stand is located on the second floor of the building and has elevator access. The Reading concession counter is located on the first floor. Please inform a Guest Services Representative that you would like to access the wheelchair entrance. They will personally take you through our accessible entrance to the theater into the wheelchair spaces.

Wheelchairs
Jordan’s Furniture is equipped with wheelchairs for guest use. Upon arrival at the front of the building, please call 508-424-0088 (x2160 for Natick and x6800 for Reading) to be connected with a Guest Services Representative who will meet you at the front entrance with a wheelchair. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance of a movie in order to be given ample time for your accommodations.
