SimpliFi™ Lease-to-Own Program

Our SimpliFi™ Lease-to-Own Program from Progressive Leasing makes it easy to get the furniture you love.

SimpliFi™ is easy to apply for

Eligibility Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Routing and account numbers for an open and active checking account
  • Valid Social Security ITIN Number
  • Credit or debit card
  • No Credit Needed*

How it Works

  • Apply online or in-store. Then bring your lease approval to any store to lease your transaction. Shop in store, or place the items you want to lease in your online shopping cart, and print a copy of your cart to bring with you.
  • Make a one-time initial payment of $49.** The initial payment (plus tax) is charged at lease signing. Remaining lease payments will be determined upon item selection.
  • Please note this program is not available for special orders.

Purchase Term Options

  • 12 Month Term: Payments are automatically withdrawn as electronic fund transfers (“EFTs”) from your checking account on payday: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
  • Two Early Purchase Options
    • 90-Day Purchase Option*** – Pay the invoice amount, the initial payment, and applicable taxes within 90 days of the delivery date to purchase and own the merchandise.
    • Early Purchase Option**** – At any time after 90 days of the delivery date, customers may own the merchandise by paying off the remaining balance.

**Service described is a rental – or lease purchase program provided by Progressive Leasing, LLC or its affiliates. The initial payment is $49. All remaining lease payments will be determined by the cash price of the leased item and the frequency of payments. You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make 12 months of payments or exercise an early purchase option. Not all applicants are approved.
